One broker fee on every flight we source
Valdor charges a single broker fee on flights it sources from operators — 9% today. Your tier lowers it, and referring active members lowers it further. Membership buys an earlier look and the auction.
Operators bid on your route — blind to each other
Post a request and rated operators submit binding sealed quotes. Each price goes to you alone, never to a competing operator, so the number is the operator's honest best. See membership →

A charter is confirmed only when it is paid for — so the money is with Valdor, not the operator, from the first minute. Every operator on the board has cleared our compliance gate.
Paid in full, held apart
You pay the quoted price at booking. It sits in a segregated account, separate from Valdor's own money, until the flight is settled.
Confirmed only once funds clear
The operator sees a confirmed booking, not a promise — nobody is chasing an invoice at the FBO. They are paid under the charter contract, and the flight is rated by a client who actually flew.

Part 135 certification and insurance are the entry ticket. The score you see blends reviews from clients who actually flew with on-time and response performance.

Safety programs like ARGUS, WYVERN and IS-BAO registration are the industry benchmarks operators are measured against. Where an operator holds one, it is shown on their listing.

That much is true of every flight on the board. Everything else — catering, ground transfer, pets, Wi-Fi — varies by aircraft and operator, so each listing states exactly what it includes before you book. Comfort, privacy and freedom, with the price and the particulars on the table.

Our climate commitment
Private aviation is among the most carbon-intensive ways to travel. We won't tell you otherwise, and we won't call a flight carbon neutral because we bought a credit.
On every paid flight we arrange, Valdor sets aside 5% of our brokerage fee for verified carbon-removal credits. It comes out of our fee, not added to your price — except for Commander members past their annual margin cap, where that climate contribution is the only fee on the flight. We publish the registry serial numbers each January.
Every booking also shows an estimate of that flight's emissions, calculated from aircraft type, route, and duration. You'll know the number regardless of what you do with it.
