The economics

Your price is your price.

9%

A flat fee, and our whole fee

It sits on top of your rate. Your price is your price; our fee is ours, disclosed to the client.

$0

Nothing to join

No listing fee, no subscription, no upfront cost of any kind.

You

You set the price

No algorithmic repricing. We surface what you offer, at the rate you publish.

How you get paid

Funded before the aircraft moves.

Client funds are wired and held in a segregated account against your booking. No flight departs before the balance clears.

You're paid under your charter contract, on the terms in your operator agreement — not on our collection cycle. The client has already paid in full; there is no invoice to chase.

The rated network

Rating drives placement.

The compliance gate

Every operator passes a compliance gate before appearing anywhere: current Part 135 certificate or equivalent AOC, current insurance, valid DOT authority. Fail any check and you're suspended from the platform until it's resolved — no rating, no listings, no exceptions.

Past the gate

Operators carry a blended score: our verification assessment plus client satisfaction, with client weight increasing as you fly.

New to ValdorEqual footing — auctions are open to you from day one.

How clients reach you

Three ways demand arrives.

  • Charter

Clients search a route and see your aircraft with an estimated price. When they request a firm quote, it comes to you directly.

    12-hour response window

  • Best Price

A member posts a trip and matched operators bid sealed — your price goes to the client, never to another operator. The client sees every offer side by side — price, aircraft, rating — and chooses. Cheapest does not automatically win.

    36-hour bid window

  • Fly Now

Departures inside 24 hours — imminent repositioning legs and aircraft already positioned near the client.

    2-hour response on short notice

Join in minutes

Four steps, nothing to lose.

  1. Join, free

Review the operator terms, then contact our team. We'll send our operator agreement for you to sign, and we'll review and countersign your own agreement — both are in place before you're live. Once they're returned, you're in.

  2. Connect through FL3XX

You supply FL3XX API access; we add it to our registry and your repositioning legs sync automatically. FL3XX is currently our only automated feed — everything else comes to you by email until our own operator tools ship.

  3. We list and market them

Your aircraft go live under your rating and certifications. Clients see the aircraft, the price, and your score — your name comes at booking.

  4. Fly, and get paid

FL3XX-sourced legs book through automatically; a won auction is confirmed with you directly. Payment terms are set out above.

What we ask of you

The obligations, stated plainly.

Four commitments come with an operator agreement. We'd rather you read them here than discover them in a dispute.

A bid is a firm offer

Submitted bids are contractually binding through the offer expiry. One revision before the window closes, then it stands.

All-in pricing

Your bid is the complete price for the trip. Foreseeable pass-throughs are included, or declared as estimated line items at bid time.

Response windows

36 hours on a competitive auction, 12 on a direct quote, 2 on short-notice Fly Now.

Cancellation terms travel

Your cancellation terms are attached to the booking and shown to the client before they commit.

Operator requirements

What you'll need to hold.

  1. A current Part 135 certificate, or an equivalent AOC from EASA, TCCA, or another recognised authority
  2. Current hull and liability insurance meeting network minimums
  3. Valid DOT authority, and compliance with local charter-broker disclosure regulations
  4. Acceptance of the Valdor Jets operator terms and code of conduct
